Papas Tapas is the first Spanish inspired tapas restaurant to franchise in the U.S., and we're proud to
bring this opportunity to market after building a successful concept that’s been running since 2008.
Our original location, in South Florida, generates over $1.3M annually in just a 2,000 square foot space
and we’ve done that by focusing on incredible food, warm hospitality, and creating a vibe that feels like
a night out in Spain. It’s a casual, high-energy atmosphere where guests share tapas, enjoy wine or
sangria, and keep coming back for both the experience and the people.
We’ve built a model that works, and now we’re ready to grow with the right partners who believe in the food, culture, and vision.
